The Chester Pass is the gap between the eastern and western sides of the Stirling Range, with Bluff Knoll the dominant feature on the eastern side of Chester Pass. A bitumen highway called Chester Pass Road runs through the middle of the pass providing easy access from Albany to Bluff Knoll and further north towards Nyabing.
