This
campsite is located within the Limmen National
Park and so
camping fees apply. Pre-booking of
camp sites on line.
Butterfly Falls offers the only "safe"
swimming hole in the
park and offers approx 10
camp sites. The area offers basic facilities, just
toilets & fireplaces but no
drinking water or
water supply. The
swimming hole becomes unusable by the end of the dry season due to algae and poor
water quality, and the
park may close due to flooding in the wet season.
