The Aramac Shire has a population of about 1000 people spread over some 23 000 square kilometers, with most of the population employed in the agricultural industry or Government.
Aramac is best known for Harry Redford (Captain Starlight) and his cattle stealing exploits and Muttaburra where the famous Muttaburrasaurus Langdoni was found. Apart from that there are many other attractions for you to enjoy during a short visit.
