NOTE: Boxhole crater can be a little hard to find due to the lack of signage and the locals not too willing to share it's location!
Turn-off the Binns Track at the following co-ords ( 22 37 30.91 S 135 11 54.82 E ), after approx 500 mts enter gate on right, close gate and follow track until you come to a wire fenced off area, the crater is up a walking track beyond the wire fence!

Boxhole Crater is almost perfectly circular - 175 metres across, with the rim rising some 10-17 metres above the crater floor. Its age is estimated to be 54,000 ± 1,500 years, placing it near the end of the Pleistocene. The crater is exposed to the surface.
