Heading North, there is an Aboriginal community turnoff to the left (no access). Continue straight on towards Docker River. This is the 'Abandoned Section' of the Old
Gunbarrel Highway and conditions deteriorate at this
junction. Track conditions vary considerably and Blaze Trees on maps may not be in existence due to a significant burnout of the area.
