Also known as Thornlea Rest Area (WikiCamps). This is a roadside rest area for travellers along in a quiet rural area along the Princes Highway. Whilst it is not far off the road it is usually quiet enough for an overnight stay. It is a pretty spot with a tree-lined slip road overlooking an expansive farming area offering a good sunset view. Accessible for all types of travellers and campers including motorhomes and vans. Dog friendly, mobile phone service, bins, table and space in either sun or shade.
