Set among old Radiata Pine Plantation on the eastern edge of the
Mount Difficult Range, Plantation Campground is located in
State Forest and your gateway to exploring the spectacular northern
Grampians.The area features a large gently sloping old forestry
camp shaded by Yellow Gum, Brown Stringybark or cypress pines extending into a mature pine plantation. Sites are
well dispersed. Suitable for all campers.Facilities include 14 fireplaces, 16 tables, 3
toilet blocks, a grassed "common" and taps supplied from a dam further up the Mt Difficult range. Grass is mown each morning by wallabies. Bird life is plentiful and varied. Dogs are permitted.
