Warm easy soup

Ingredients

  • 3kg Queensland blue pumpkin
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • tablespoon vegetable stock (dry powder),pepper and salt to taste
  • 4/5 litres of water

Method

  • Step 1Peel 3kg pumpkin,2 medium sweet potatoes1 onion, Rough chop the ingredients Put all in 10ltr Pot ,Cook till mushy (or well done)
  • Step 2Use stick blender to pulverise add a touch of cumin powder when serving
