Quick, easy Pasta which will use anything left over. Just multiply and adjust to how many to cook for. Mine is for two.


  • 250g mince - beef, lamb, chicken or turkey.
  • 2 fresh tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic or 2 teaspoons from jar
  • Fresh chillies or jar
  • Green or red pepper
  • zucchini
  • Mushrooms fresh or caned
  • 2 onions
  • Can crushed tomatoes
  • Packet of any pasta you like


  • Step 1Can be cooked in a thermol cooker, open fire or stove top.
  • Step 2Brown meat onions together, drain fat off. Put back in pan, add garlic, chilli to taste. Add all other ingredients except pasta and simmer for ten minutes. If using thermal cooker take from heat add top pan with pasta and boiling water put lid on place in bag and leave for 4 hours min. If cooking on open fire place lid put to the side and let simmer till you want. Boil pasta . If on stove top. Cook for 30 minutes on simmer, boil pasta and serve. Sprinkle with any cheese you want, along with crusty bread. Enjoy
