Apple and Custard Crumble

Quick and very easy to make. Yum.


  • 2 cups pie apples (canned apples is what I used)
  • 1 cup custard (ready made is ok)
  • 1\2 handful sultanas
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 packet biscuits (I use Scotch Finger)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine


  • Step 1Mix Pie Apples with Custard and Sultanas. Then place in pie tin.
  • Step 2Crumble up Biscuits when mix with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar.
  • Step 3Rub Butter into Biscuit crumbs. Place on top of Apple and Custard.
  • Step 4Cook till Crumble Topping is brown. About 20 min.
