Description

This sauce is incredibly easy to make & gives tuna or salmon a real 'zing'. Easy to make with either fresh or bottled ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbspn soy sauce (low-salt, if you have it)
  • 2 tspn lime juice (bottled is fine)
  • 1 tspn grated ginger (fresh is ideal, but bottled will do as well)

Method

  • Step 1Mix ingredients together in a jar and shake well.
  • Step 2Drizzle over cooked fish - that's it!
  • Step 3Optional if available combine 2 finely sliced spring onions, 1/2 cup coriander & 1/2cup mint leaves, and top the fish with these, then drizzle dressing over the whole lot).
