Description

Another take on rum balls. Can be frozen. Enjoy anytime.

Ingredients

  • 6x52 gm Cherry Ripes
  • Packet Nice or Arrowroot biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Dessicated coconut

Method

  • Step 1In a food processor (or by hand) crush biscuits, cherry ripes and cocoa powder.
  • Step 2Mix in condensed milk until combined.
  • Step 3Roll into teaspoon sized balls and roll balls in coconut (for a bit of extra flavour you could add a tablespoon or two of Kirsch (cherry liqueur) you might have to add more biscuits to keep mixture firm.
  • Step 4Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Can be frozen.
  • Step 5Enjoy anytime.
