Yesterday I replied to a member message from a new member. I'd hoped to engage in fruitful email dialogue with that member, but my reply doesn't seem to have reached them. Maybe an MM problem, maybe they haven't had time to reply, maybe a newby problem, maybe just another inexplicable computer thing, but I recall some recent discussion about the system.
Would that member please email me at

(with the obvious changes that I hope may annoy automatic email skimmers!)

we have referred the issue to David to
check the MM system. If members are identifying issues, please notify the office through the alert button and tag it as "problem".
