Hi
Our caravan club researched this site and came up with:
Due to the limited facilities this showground has to offer, overnight stays is not permitted, unless the vehicle is a self contained motor
home, or
Recreation Vehicle. Self contained caravans is not classified as a
recreation vehicle. If you wish to stay at
Bulahdelah, and do not have a motor
home, sites are available at the Allum Mountain Caravan Park - phone (02) 4997 4565.
Council has set aside a portion of the
Bulahdelah Showground to be used periodically by motor homes. Please refer to the Site Plan for Motor
Home Camping which identifys what areas of the showground is designated for Motor
Home stays. Please note, there is no waste water
dump point located in the showground. In addition, there are strict requirements if you intend to use the site for an overnight stay. These include:
• Overnight stays can only occur in designated areas
• Fees are to be paid at the
Bulahdelah Visitors Information Centre and in advance of your stay
• Receipts are to be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle or another easily read location
• Maximum stay is 3 nights Monday to Friday only
• No weekend stays are permissible
• All sites must be cleared by 8am each Saturday
• All vehicles are to be totally self contained
• Occupation of a site is limited to 4m beyond the edge of the vehicle
• All rubbish must be removed from site
• Max number of motor homes per area is 3 in areas 1,3,& 4 and 2 in area 2
If you wish to stay overnight at
Bulahdelah Showground, please book your site with the
Bulahdelah Visitors Information Centre. The
Visitors Information Centre is located on the corner of the Pacific Highway and Crawford Street. The phone number is 02 4997 4981.
Our caravan club will not be able to stay because:
• Primarily they do not want us
• They do not have weekend stays
• They do not allow caravans
• If they did, they only allow 11
• THEY REALLY DO NOT WANT US
Cheers Stretchlizard
