Flinders Ranges road query

Would appreciate any info travelers might have on the condition of the road across the Flinders Ranges from Martins Well through Erudina to Curnamona.
Thanks

Generally that road is quite good but about 10ks out of Martins Wells there are a few creek crossings. Sometimes there are washaways in the bottom of them. The rest of the road through to Curnamona is good if it doesn't rain.
A mail truck uses that road so it's not too bad.
Rarely any traffic.

As Dave has said above, the road is in pretty good nick. It’s a well maintained gravel road all the way up to Curnamona, good through to the Erudina Woolshed and then a little narrower on the east run through past Erudina Homestead, Artipena Hut and to Martins Well. There is a lot of high lignum and scrub in the area around the Siccus River crossing (near the Erudina Woolshed) and the scrub hides plenty of cattle coming into water at the numerous tanks in that area.

The drive in through the low Artipena Hills around and north of Martins Well and across the Bunkers and Loves Mine Range is a favourite of mine.

These blogs cover the area.

Into the Flinders from Yunta

Wilpena from Martins Well
