One hot day, and a good wind, starts the fires again,Timely reminder to becareful with outside fires of any description!... The Bush is a beautiful thing but when alight can be very cruel in what damage can happen.

Here's hoping that some of our rain will make it there soon. Sick of the tanks overflowing at the moment.

We had the same last year & they got that one (I live in the area near 2 of yesterday's fires)

young they are. If they start a fire deliberately, they should be punished

Unfortunately in this case, it appears the "firebugs' might have been a controlled burn that got somewhat 'out-of-control' ....

few weeks back just out of
Broken Hill they did a control burn and lost control of it scary there is a lot of scrub out there that has grown since the big drought . lucky they brought more man power and few graders and got control .
they were considering closing the main
Sydney road due to smoke on the hwy.
