Hi, I have a Black Stump Instant Tent / Mozzie Dome from
Kulkyne Campers that was a pleasure to use until a couple of the fittings on the end of the fibreglass poles snapped (the blue part in the photos is a pen lid). By no response from the importer or retailer, I'd say this tent is intended to be a disposable item. Does anyone know where I can get anything like this? Regards, Mike.

I guess, at least it was decent of them to get back to you. Doesn't say much for customer service !!
Cheers

When you say "no response", how have you tried to contact them?
I have found
Kulkyne Campers to be a good company to deal with. Have bought a couple of items through them.
Snowy's Outdoors in SA also distribute this brand, so the product should be of reasonable quality, rather than "disposable".
Perhaps an email or phone call to either company requesting the cost of replacement fittings or poles will get you the information you need.
