Hello everyone,

Thanks for an interesting forum, I have learnt quite a bit from owners of all types of vehicles.

I would like to know where in Brisbane I could purchase a bolt on stone guard to place on the A frame of my caravan. North or south - it does not matter as I know that if i drive over the River, I can always drive back over it to get home ! ! ! !

I saw a thread on the Caravanner's Forum and thought 'WOW" just what I was looking for, but it went off into some grey haired, alzheimeric drivel about commercial posts when an answer could be of use to others. Pathetic.

However, could someone, dealer or not direct me to a place in Brisbane where I could purchase one of these items??

Thanking You,

Seanny.

Try Tough Country, ad on this site (I think). There standard gaurd should fit.

RegardsThis 4WD stuff is addictive,
time consuming & expensive.

Try Camec on 3710 9000. I reckon that if they don't have any they will be able to tell you where to get one. They're in Archerfield.

I'm, sure the people at the Caravan Forum are better mannered than some on this Forum . Not pointing the finger at anyone in particular.
It will be interesting to see how the info from here compares.

Just thought I'd let you know Seanny that the stoneguard question received six informative replies on the Caravan Forum.
The side issue of ads on the forum would be contentiuos on most forums. You try and whip an ad in here and it won't go un-noticed and rightly so. i read both forums and I'm sure many others do as well.
What the **** did Alzheimer's have to do with it??

Burpengary Engineering will make you one for a lot less than commercial. Ask for Dave, he owns the place, and tell him his mate from Sydney recommended you.
