the Oxley hwy is closed 25km North East of Coonabarabran (between coona and Gunnedah)

the other day in Broken hill i took the dogs out the back yard 2 or 3 am it was very hot but a light wind but it had a wift of smoke smell not sure where it was from SA or Vic but it was a little worried it may come this way the place is a tinder box
