Hankook Dynapro LT265/70/16 Muddies..(not a super aggressive muddie, more like an aggressive A/T which suits me fine)
They get rave reviews in magazines and on forums like this one so when I was quoted $205 each fitted and balanced, what could I do but put my hand up for five of the beasties..
Rocked up with my spare rims at 4.30pm intending to leave them there and pick them up sometime later in the week, but they fitted them immediately and I was out the door by 5pm. Brilliant.
Tyres for Less, Fairfield East.
No affiliation etc, just a satisfied customer.

I'm also a fan of Hankook tyres. I've had Dynapro ATMs on my current, and previous, Cruiser.

Over this side of the country, about the best prices are from Peel Tyres in Mandurah.
