Hi All
Just looking for some
feedback on
suspension improvements to our ute for outback trips. We haven't been too impressed with the ride of our stock Hilux ute on the bitumen carrying loads around 5 - 600kg, it seems very harsh in the front end and steering while the rear is OK except for tending towards understeer through corners. Having done a fair bit of outback travel we think that the ride will be pretty tiring over long stretches of corrugations etc so interested in what others may have experienced. Suggested improvements so far are 45mm lift all round but we'd rather not go with the lift ($2400).
cheers B & J
