Does any one know where I can buy van sandwich walls that do not need a frame. I think Jayco & Avan use them.

There are different qualities of sandwich panel. They are not all made equal.
The best are laid up wet on wet and then vacuum bagged using high density closed cell rigid polyurethane foam, NOT polystyrene.
I built the OKA MH body from sandwich panel 9 years ago. I purchased panel from 2 different manufacturers.
I recommend Vanglas in Yandina, Queensland for a quality product.

Google "composite panel or foam sandwich panel" you will find someone close to you who makes it most larger fiberglass outfits can supply panel
