Review: SPOT 3

I have only had one trip using the SPOT3 as a test to sort out any problems. The device worked well once we became familiar with its workings and are looking forward to using it on our next trip in the Queensland outback next week. The design change to allow it to run with a USB cable rather than only batteries is a big plus however the location where the USB cable plugs into the device defies common sense, it should have plugged into the bottom of the device not into the back.
