I camped here just after new years 2013. Unfortunately we were stuck to the northern end of the
camp which has little shade for most of the day and has poor river access compared to the southern end of the
camp.
Overall the
camp is very large, open and grassy with good
toilet facilities. Which makes me wonder why the people who stayed here just before us had decided to leave wads and wads of
toilet paper throughout the bush between the
campsite and the river and all over the
campsite itself.
If you can get a good spot I would rate this site a 5/5, however the northern end is only a 3/5 due to lack of shade.
