Had a bit of a google but couldnt find too much. Anyone know of any Outback/Country events for New Years Eve?

Laura, Hi, most country towns will have some sort of shindig for NYE, depends on what sort of shindig you are after, how far you are prepared to travel etc etc. If you do find something good, let me know and I may join you for NYE, LOL. Take care,

Thats gonna be a bit awkward, unless you like short fat hairy blokes. Im on my wifes account. Not fussed on distance really, 1500km from
Sydney Max. Plenty of beers and a bit of atmosphere, something going on.

Go up to Camerons Corner and you can celebrate New Year 3 times because of the time zone difference.
Last time we were there there was 3 lots of fireworks too.
I am sure there will be a lot there having a ball.

Nindigully pub has a firework show, largest firecracker (200lt drum) in Australia or so they say. Lots of people and
free camp and showers.
