Has anyone else used this Business member service and if so how successful have they been in getting the report to you?
The first time I used them it took almost 2 months to get a report.
Second time around I thought it may be worthwhile to pay the extra $9.50 for "Priority Processing". Silly me.....It has now been
well over 2 months since I sent the sample back and I have not heard back.
2 emails to the business have gone unanswered, as
well as a message left on an answering machine.
Anyone able to shed some light on what appears to be a poorly run service?
Is there any other business you can recommend who conducts a similar service?

Lester 77, in a previous life I used LubeTec. They have labs in
Sydney &
Brisbane.
They were consistently efficient & cost effective while also being readily available for direct consultation. You will find them on the net (Google).

Hi your Caterpillar dealer in your state is the best option they include express post return bag NATA certified lab etc

I did finally get a response from Roktex after all.
It was the day after posting this and they have refunded my fees do to paperwork being filed incorrectly.
They have also stated that they will supply 2 testing kits FOC so will see how they go with them. Thanks for the info and the alternate options.
