just waiting for a low pressure system to hit brisbane this afternoon . get them all the time up here , (only equalled to a catagory 2 cyclone) . so it looks like i will be spending a bit of time on the computer tonight (unless we get a blackout) . 8 meter swell wont do much for the beaches up here .

G'Day glenno,
When your finished with it, send it our way ( Sydney ) we could use the water!
Question ..... on another subject, seeing your a Queenslander, has Jo passed away today? I've just noticed that the flags on the Harbor Bridge have been re-set at half mast.
Regards,
Barry.

That low is supposed to come south isn't it? Hopefully Sydney will get some in the next few days.

Once Sydney has finished a bit down here at Tarcutta would be nice. Havn't had rain here since before xmas, just weeks of 40+ heat.

Here on the Gold Coast it was a "No-Show".... still, yesterday's "tie-everything-in-the-back-yard-to-a-tree-or-something" exercise was a good practice run for when the big blow eventually does come our way... :-)
Cheers
Brian
