Hi Michelle, great to see this blog here. As a natural therapist this is something I am very passionate about, the main problem is most of us live a really busy lifestyle and most of these foods are convenient. Sue Dengate is one of my hero's her website is
http://www.fedupwithfoodadditives.info/ as a mum of 3 kids I try very hard to have a diet and lifestyle as natural as possible. There are also a lot of nasties in health care products here is another website that may be of interest
http://www.mionegroup.com/ We made the decision to travel Oz in our van with no time limit July 08 - we started the journey November 08 and haven't looked back, having this lifestyle enables me to
cook the old fashioned way so I know exactly what goes into the meals, snacks, ect. Cheers Caz

Thanks Caz - as you're a natural therapist I'm interested to ask you a side question as in the early 1990s I tried the Fit For Life/Food Combining Principles documented by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond with great results but like most of these things fell back into the more usual routine to suit socialising with friends/family. I've recently re-read the books and for the past 4 weeks have been giving it a go again but am unsure how to balance this with all my training - I am simply starving by dinner and end up eating a fairly hearty meal at the end of day - and thinking this is counter-productive. One of my aims is to reduce my BMI to 22 (currently 23) so I would like to lose about 4kgs also. If you get a chance and this isn't too bothersome, would love your feedback on this approach or other suggestions. Oh, and love your rig, and kids and photos and blog stories -
well done you guys! What a great adventure. Best wishes, Michelle
