Yes Kev it was great to finally meet you face to face. As you know, I've never attended any of the Member Gatherings, and have only met a couple of people face to face in all the 10 years we've been running the site. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing?!! Only you know the truth of how very shy I am now ;-) I really enjoyed meeting Sam and your gorgeous full of fun little girls - I just feel terrible that your trip turned into such a stress - it's never easy with kids, but so much worse when things go wrong with the vehicle. I hope you know that I do appreciate all that your family endured - I hope some of it was worthwhile?! Best regards, and really sorry that you can't make it to
Wiluna. Has anyone thought of a National Gathering in Tassie? I'm thinking of walking the 5 day Overland Track in the next couple of years sometime...sounds more feasible that our idea to ride our bikes from
Perth to
Sydney...
