G'day Peter,
The EOTrackMe links will only display on a profile page once the user has installed the tracking software (UtrackMe or GSM Tracker) and configured it correctly.
If you view both Julian M (SA) and Member - Welshmun (QLD)'s member profile page (the two users that also posted in this blog). You should see their EOTrackMe map. Additionally, you can see who is using EOTrackMe on the EOtrackMe page -

Tracking for
the SPOT is currently under development, and set-up instructions will be posted once complete.
