Hi all,
looking at getting a 80 series landcruiser (my wife wants a 100 series but thats another arguement). Found one - '93, 248,000km, 2.5 inche exhaust with extractors, snorkle, dual batteries, cargo barrier, after market sterio ....
anyhow they are asking $22,000 it that a reasonable price for the 4wd, truck, wagon, cruiser whatever u want to call them.
I'm in
Brisbane by the way.
Thanks in advance
Troy
I have tried the red book but have got conflicting results !!??

Standard, GXL, Sahara ???
Its a bit hard to price something with little info.
As you said it has extractors so i take it its a petrol or n/a diesel.
Petrols are quite cheap compared to the turbo diesel, personaly i wouldn't have a diesel without the turbo.
Drive both & you will know what i mean.

I had my heart set on a standard 80 series diesel, searched for ages, even inlisted the help of Eric, eventually found one on the internet (lcool, Land Crusier owners on line)it was in
Sydney and l was in Melborne, so with a lot of interstate checks from a mob that advertised in the trading post, l ended up flying to
Sydney and driving it
home for a tidy sum of $18000 for a 91 with 230 000k's, exellent servise history and lots of goodies, and l am more than pleased with it, the moral of the story is to be patient and do your
home work and good things come to those who wait!
