The word is spreading that a certain forumite had an unlucky weekend whilst negotiating a rather steep descent somewhere between
Sydney and
Perth in the lower regions of Oz. Some severe panel damage and a stuffed drive train was done to a very nice looking 4by. Aparrently he is in the dog box with SWMBO as it was a boys weekend away. An unhappy chappy. We all hope that he will own up to his neglected driving skills...maybe he has been banned from using the computer. We shall have to wait and see what transpires. :-)

Sorry everyone but I hear that no photo's are available.
Due to possible legal constraints, all I can say is No Comment.
And for Pesty's piece of mind, a Subaru will get everywhere we need to go on the June weekend. just follow the female driver. hahahahaha
Willie has his reply direct.

Now all we need is the photographic evidence and a blow by blow description of the fateful even. Geez, am I pleased I drive an old bomb of a truck......
I knew this time would come Mr Lexik, and BTW you are still owed a couple of tricks as your tally of misdemeanours have reached quite an impressive total.
Betcha you won't get to drive the Subaru in a hurry...hahahahahahaha

"No Comment" eh!
That's almost as bad as Willem's "Can neither confirm nor deny".
Is it repairable before the June long weekend???????????
A good campfire story perhaps - you have to be there to hear it!

It had better be repaired within a couple of weeks as heading back up that way for some more shortly. Only need a new guard and running board with a dash of thick paint here and there, don't know about the front diff yet.

Mrs. Al, I think Willie will milk this one until he thinks he's way in front.
I heard a whisper that he and Uncle are looking at a proper truck at the moment. That might give me a bit more ammo to fire back at him later.
One scoop I have neglected to mention is that I have actually seen the famous prickly pear topping. Didn't get to taste it though.

Allright everyone Milking Time is over. I will now leave Mr Lexik in peace.......but for how long??...hahahahaha
Yes Uncle and I went to look at a Tojo but after telling my car Guru about it he said No Way and so I shall heed his advice and abide my time and see what comes up.
Cheers
