Hi Heather. We have a 2010 year, 2165-4 Outback Sterling and have just returned from 5 weeks travelling along the
Murray River from
Wentworth to
Echuca, hence I have just got to read your report. Is really
well detailed and shows just what these vans can be capable of. I think you have
well and trully put it through it's paces and I'm sure you will agree, for what you paid for it compared to some of the others it is good value indeed. The Jayco warranty is fairly reliable as
well, even though some of your problems should not have happened, it is good to have this backup when needed.
I presume your service man is "Michael" and if so would you pass on a big hello from me. He is a dedicated tradesman and a credit to himself and his family. We have known him and the family through
water ski racing when our son used to ski with him behind "
Ulladulla Marine". The last time I spoke to him was a few years ago at the Bateman's Bay show but he was really busy with his stand so things were a bit hectic. Must make an effort to call in next time we are down that way. Thanks for sharing your story. Bob
