the elderly couple are from Victoria that's what they said on our W.A GWN news last night a mining company are presently drilling a 1250mtr core sampling hole under kalgoorlie as it has always been believed the the place is sitting on rich gold deposits the results will be interesting a company spokesman stated if so
it would have to be an underground mine to retrieve it otherwise the kal town would be no more ?? boulder had mine shalfs in the back yards of some home/shacks in years gone by according to my old uncle who lived there most of his life

As i said to the wife last night, if it was me i wouldn't be advertising the fact unless i was absolutely certain i was where i was entitled to be. Nothing worse than finding it and then loosing it.

I find it difficult to believe that clsoe to Kalgoorlie is not already under some ones prospecting or mining lease.
