For those planning to camp at Warren Creek, there is no longer access.Lizard Bore was still accessible at the end of June, and had a number of possible sites.
A sign posted at the entrance to Warren Creek reads "No Entry. Private Road".

Thank you for the update. Warren Creek and Lizard Bore are locations in close proximity on the Gary Junction Route through the Northern Territory, between Kintore and Papunya, not the Plenty Highway. Are these the places you are referring to Don and Kathie? I think so, considering your previous thread Camping at Warren Creek Bore on Gary Junction Road

Oh dear. Mea culpa. My apologies to everyone, and thanks to Motherhen for picking this up.
Yes, of course these places are on the Gary Junction Road, not the Plenty Highway.
I wanted to advise other travellers as soon as we were home and as we had also travelled on the Plenty Highway I was not as careful as I should have been.

We are happy to her about both Don and Kathie. People are always asking for recent reports on the Plenty Highway.
