Hi Warren
Here is the first part of information regarding
Suicide Bridge only
As we have been out that way many, many time, I know where I am going with GPS waypoints, but follow my easy instructions.
From memory, it is around 45 minutes from
Renmark on the Main
Wentworth Road. The track to turn off will be on the RHS of the road heading east, and not signposted. Use my photos below as you best friend and you will have no problems.
The most important thing to watch out for will be a track on your LHS clearly signposted "Danggali".
If you come to this track you have gone too far only by a few hundred metres.
Years ago you could drive up to the
old bridge, but now, there is a
road closed sign there. From the
locked gate, it is around 800 metres and an easy walk on the old road. From the road the
old bridge will be on your RHS, and knowing what it looks out, you will have no problems finding it.
Now for a few images to keep you on track.
Cheers
Stephen

The Main Road is well signposted.

Make sure to take the RHS road at the junction

You will pass this information bay on you LHS at the end of the bitumen

This is what the main Renmark Wentworth Road is like

This track on your RHS will take you towards Suicide Bridge

Make sure the you take the very RHS track, the other track will take to to the Todd Obelisk

If you come to this sign first, you have overshot the track turnoff

This is the Danggali Turn off, with the main Wentworth Road going straight ahead
