Manual flush Thelford toilet

Hoping someone can help us.
For no apparent reason, the amount of water we are able to flush in our manual Thelford
toilet seems to have been reduced to about a third.
We have filled the flush tank fully.
Has anyone had a similar problem - is there a solution? Nothing in the manual unfortunately.

I assume that you have a bellows type manual flush. If you have , you may have a partial air leak. Regards G.T.
