What is the best chemical for deoderising, solids
breakdown?
Do I need a
toilet brush like the one I use at
home?
Do I require a special
toilet paper?

We use a capful of napisan every day - never any smells. Solids
breakdown naturally - particularly if you have been travelling!
We don't use a bush - messy to store - we use happy bowl
toilet liners and we use normal
toilet paper

Any septic safe
toilet paper is suitable.
I have never needed a brush - just wipe any marks with
toilet paper at the time then give a flush (minimal water).
See My Blog on
Toilets for choosing what to use.
The link Wicket gave from a very recent thread will tell you more about the best treatments.
