Hill river WA new bitumen road?

Hi anybody been to hill river mouth lately and seen a new bitumen road heading north of the river? Is this a new access track or maybe a bicycle track? No infomation on the Jurien-Cervantes shire website. Any info would be nice

It is a cycle trail, not a road. The cycle trail is being extended from Jurien Bay to Cervantes. Stage 1 to Hill River has just been completed.
