cokeaddict, you can get those from marine chandlers, try Withworths (6 shops in Sydney) or Bias marine, they have them in their catalogue.
these recessed rings are also used on boat decks.

Angelo

Those from boat chandlers will be stainless steel and could cost a bit.

If you don't plan getting stuck in deep water then then you can get them at any decent Hardware Shop for 4 or 5 bucks zinc plated only. I'm sure these are what Black Widow uses. From memory they are called "Hatch-Pulls" or similar.

Bought some for my rear shelf but ended up not installing them as the carpet stopped things sliding around and rely on cargo barrier to stop the fridge killing me in an impact (too much faith??:-)

Cheers

I just got back from Chandlers,
They had some great stuff there, but unfortunately they dont sell the good quality ones i was after, most were thin plated and pivot on a thin cotter pin setup. Not strong enough for holding down a waeco 80.
But i did find a compromise and will be fitting them in the next few days.
I will duck down to hardwarehouse before i do and see if they carry the solid "Hatch Pulls" if they do I will be installing them instead as the ones i got from chandlers as they are a loop (ring) that threads through the floor on a 3/8 bolt, Id much prefer to keep the top flat for when the fridge is not in the car.
Thank you for you time though Angus, apreciate your help very much
Cheers Angelo

You will find that most steel fabricators have them.
