I just happened to find this interesting page about a radical looking Jackaroo Holden built as a one of. Its called a Holden Jack 8 and looks like Serious piece of work. If only I could get my jack to stand that tall I would be a happy man 8-)

You should see it in the flesh (or metal).
It made the rounds of the 4WD shows in late 2002 & 2003. I saw it at the 2003 4WD show in
Sydney. Very nice indeed.
Get your jack certified to run those big Mickey Thompsons and yours will stand just as tall.

I must apologise for showing everybody an old story 8-(
I did not realize this car was that old already. I thought I had hit upon a oneof vehicle because they had stopped production on the Jackaroo.
So much for looking on the "NET" for the latest Ideas

Quote from the article:
"Having said that, there is serious intent behind the exercise. The Jack8 gives a tangible demonstration to four-wheel drive and recreational vehicle buyers that Holden really means to make its presence felt in this market," he said.
"We'll be taking it right to those buyers at four-wheel drive vehicle shows and field days around the country to gauge reactions and evaluate their responses to this kind of vehicle.
"It's a market research exercise that also happens to be a lot of fun," Mr Carr concluded.
And then they come up with the Adventra! Sheesh.
