Hi Everyone, i have gone through many articles with people wishing to do the Murray River from start to finish, but can not see an Itinerary of anyone that has done this. Just wondering if anyone would have one to share that they have done as a good start to planning this trip.

We did it a few years ago with an off road van. Started at Tom Groggin (the closest to the head you can comfortably drive) and just followed the Murray as close as we could to the mouth. It included Wentworth to Renmark on the Old Coach Road and quite a few Ntional Parks. We did a couple of cruises including one at Barmah. I think it was Kingfisher Cruises and was extremely informative about the river. We camped nearby in the National park. We were lucky in that the river level was very high at the time.
Any way just get a map (eg Google) and Wikicamps and go for it.

Sorry just saw this message, By road, but more by dirt tracks following the river etc if possible. Abit like the Darling river run, but conscious that the Murray run is more tar than dirt.
