The Lost Cities - Limmen National Park (NT)

Hi all – our latest video as we do our lap of Australia (give or take a few states) features "The Lost Cities" situated in the Limmen National Park ,Northern Territory. Getting there is a journey in itself. We began from Mataranka along the Roper Highway to Roper Bar (fuelled up) and then took the Nathan River Road to Tomato Island and then forged on to Butterfly Falls as a base.
We used Lorella Springs Wilderness Park (thermal springs) to visit the Southern Lost City however there is a small campground at the lost city with little shade and suitable only for small footprint camping.
To finish off this section of the Savannah Way we drove from Lorella Springs (be warned the roads are extremely corrugated in Lorella ) to Cape Crawford - a great place for a coldy and overnight stay! (449 km in total).
