Hello all, a very very long time since I have posted here.

I'm looking at updating my 2014 Ford Ranger 3.2L 5cyl auto with no DPF. I had a look at the new Ford Ranger and though very nice the prices are up there. To get an XLS like what I have is $60k with a towbar but that is with a 4cyl engine. To get the V6 you need to get the XLT and that is $70k with a towbar.

So I looked around at other brands and everything is right up there apart from Chinese utes and the Musso which is NOT Chinese but South Korean like the Kia and Hyundai. It's not the sexiest beast on the block but it doesn't look as polarising as the older models. It has a 2.2L and 6sp Asin auto (in Pajero's and almost bullet proof). It drove nice, didn't have the power of the Ranger but got up to speed no probs. Only noticed the lack of power when I booted it on the fwy to overtake. And the best part it's only $37800 or $39500 with a towbar. What's peoples experiences and thoughts?

Cheers,
Leroy
