Is there any way you can use the navigation feature to calculate distance and route between two points? Can’t change start point from current location!

Easiest way if you are happy with "crow flies measurement" is to use the ruler function. Just touch the start and end points (or add points between ) and you can see the distance

Sydney , I presume it would give your distance ..I haven't done it personally .

G,day
I once bought a tin of Cabot's paint & on the lid was printed "If all else fails read the directions".:-)
Experienced pilots have reference manuals for emergency situations.
The Traveller app has great instructions.
Cheers

I’m so impressed by all the “egg spurts” who rather then simply explain if it can be done or not or providing a simple explanation, they feel the need to show their obsession to comment on something rather then scroll past the question.

Hi Buckster,
Reading the instructions or operating manual is always the best place to start.

The help guide explains it all but go to the first point press the green route icon then go to the second point and press the green route icon and it will calculate the route between the first and second point using the mode selected. Keep adding points to build a complete route.

If you press the "begin navigation" button it will create a route to your location :((
(Edit)
To keep building a route close that navigation box «top right».. That doesn't delete anything , keep repeating this process and also accept the route as you go through this process. You will see the route details building in that navigation box . You can swipe left to delete a section .
ExplorOz youtube tutorial..creating navigation.
If this is not correct way please comment.
This was my experience.
