Hi,
Has anyone checked out both brands of side steps and rails (steel) for a GU patrol and found one or the other to be better?? The price is the same from them both and am not in a position to look over the items personnally.
Thanks

Then check to see how they attach. The side bits of the Bull Bar need to be vertical and a measured distance for the rails to attach properly.
You will have to check that with the supplires.

Hi Tony, "not post related" but how long did the snow last out at your property, was heaps around your area as we left your
gate.

I wouldn't go the ARB as i have seen them come into contact with the sill on a GU. Haven't seen the TJM bars.

Ths Nissan bars are the same as the ARB one I have been told/seen. Have also seen the ARB side steps hold the whole weight of a 80 series and not deform at all. I would go the ARB stuff myself.

Hi Austravel
If you are in or around
Sydney, there's a chap called Col Mawbey (02) 9548 2727 who makes 'Col's Super Steps'. They are heavy duty steel & are priced at about 1/2 the price of genuine Toyo side steps; & they work!!!
Worth a call if convenient for you.
