Hello all, any recommendations for windscreen installers in the southern parts of
Sydney would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hi, many
places can do that for you. BUT if you want it done right with one hell of a warranty to back it up, I'd suggest windcreeens O'Briens. You pay a bit more, but if you can afford a 100 series cruiser then you can afford a bit more for the job.

Actually a windscreen is not expensive at all. I replaced
mine at Windscreens Obrian in
Adelaide, on 30/04/03 for $209.84. In DEC 03 had a leak around windscreen took it back and no questions asked they replaced it there and then. Only problem is you have to wait about 4 hours before you can drive it because of the type of seal they have.
Cheers Peter

G'day Obone,
I recently had the windscreen in my 80 series replaced and I rang around for quotes for the job. O'briens are the most expensive, I went for a local fitter (Cental Coast) that fitted a new windscreen and gave me a lifetime warranty against leaks for $180. Maybe the 100 series have a bonded screen that would incur a greater cost but I think it is definately worth ringing around for a good deal.
