I have a '98 Holden Jackeroo SE, recently the indicators have started to only work intermitently. They stop and start (mostly stop) even at one
intersection. Anyone who knows how to fix this, before I have to pay someone else. Thanks, The Jack

The Jack,
Check each of your idicator globes. If one is blown it will affect the operation of the whole system. If globes are OK then you probably have a crook relay unit.

Most likely the relay. It is located above the fuse box behind the driver side kick panel.
Do your
hazard lights work ok?

Thanks Sandman (SA) I checked by rear indicators, I could'nt check the front because I can't work out how to get the damn things out. I found no blown globes in the rear but the indicators now work, might have been a loose or wet connection.
Thanks again.
The Jack

You say that the indicators only work intermittantly and that they stop and start.
I hate to point out the bleeding obvious to you but.......... aren't they supposed to do that???
Sorry, it is getting late...lol

Muddy ... I resisted that one, but I knew someone would catch on to it.
"Hey dear, are the blinkers working?"
"Yes they are, no they're not, yes they are, no they're not ...."
LOL

There is also a 2nd relay for the rear lights at the back somwhere. Never found it myself but put your blinkers on and follow the noise.
