Any ideas of where to go for a Christmas Camping trip!!
Looking at coastal sites upto 5 hours from Sydney.
We've got a honda Crv in the convoy, (so now where too rugged)!!
Although we are willing to tow it the whole way behind the cruiser!! LOL

Cheers

Bethlehem is apparently good at that time of year. Rumour has it that there is a very comfortable barn that goes fairly cheap. The going rate rate is a bit of myrrh.

Sorry, I couldn't help myself.

Cheers,

Bethlehem..... too cold in december! been there done that. Its also no where near the coast either!! Plus down in Jerusalem the via del aroso is busier than the F3 heading out of Sydney.

I thought of Victorian coast but thats also too cold, rainy, windy.
We have located a private beachside spot in Nth NSW that most rif raf cant get to....ah the serenity...a few tinnies and some good fishing....

cheers and merry christmas!

Get a map and workout around 450km radius... look at what you see, and most are going to be packed to hell, specially on the coast.

Head inland towards Bathurst, out to Sofala, hill end etc..

Fit a draw bar to the Honda and fill it up with camping gear and tow it like a camper trailer LOL
Hopefully it will keep the rain and dust out of everything
