Truckster,
There was a story a few months ago in 4wd monthly where they did a test on the complete campsite camper trailer. they apparently use these couplings. Maybee you could find something on there web site.

Truckster,
'been considering a Hyland myself to mod a HD gal 7x5 box trailer. Hyland have been less than helpful, directing me to Sydney based trailer manufacturer. Upon visiting said manufacturer..."haven't heard of them". A friend however, contacted Hyland and was sent a diagram (sorry no copy). I must admit the advantage of using a standard ball appeals to me, have 3 trailers. I am also of the impression that Hyland are easier to couple up in less than ideal situations. Think there may be an opening for a Sydney/NSW distributor, or perhaps manufacture under licence. Obviously I believe there is a big market for this kind of device if only from a practicallity perspective.
Hyland details :- HYLAND 2000 Offroad Trailer Ball Couplings.. Phone # (07) 3200 6261
